If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by email at info@brainbytes.org five (5) working days before your next payment for cancellation. At the same time, it would be a great support for us if we could receive feedbacks from you on our products for further improvements.

Please note that any emails that comes in for cancellation are not sent within five (5) working days before your next subscription payment will not be entertained. We reserve the right to not accept a return. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
